January 14--》February 25th - I NEVER want to take progress photos, but am always surprised when I do a comparison. Here are my before and after photos!! This was only following a 6 week program for 20 minutes a day, 6 days a week. I did not follow a meal plan as well as I planned to. I even ate 2 bags of cotton candy this weekend at Disney on Ice.
