Introducing Womxn Strong

A 10 week group program dedicating to helping womxn like you feel like your best self. You'll feel strong, have more energy than ever, and be able to keep up with your little ones AND your busy life. I created this program to help womxn like you get focused with a sustainable plan, have a community of like minded womxn to keep you accountable, and to feel like your absolute best self - mind, body AND soul.

After having my daughter, I did not realize what the postpartum body felt or looked like until I was living it myself. No one told me that my once round cute belly was going to droop to my pelvis. No one told me my once bubbly butt was no longer going to exist. No one told me that all my muscle mass would turn to mush. So, I am here to tell you, that yes, postpartum bodies are beautiful. Your body did a magical thing - it carried your amazing child. However beautiful its capabilities are, I was ready to feel strong again. I didn’t need to “look” a certain way, but needed to feel like myself again.

I was ready to have energy to keep up with my babes. So I put a plan into action. I made sure the plan was doable, easy, effective, and manageable as a busy mom. And you know what happened? The unimaginable! At least it was unimaginable to me. I not only lost all my pregnancy weight (not a needed goal, but the outcome), but I was stronger than ever before. Seriously! I'm still in disbelief. And I want to show you how you can do this for yourself too! 

I will be doing this program alongside with you on my second postpartum journey. Im going to show and guide you while giving you some life hacks along the way. This plan was a GAME CHANGER after I had my daughter and was looking to feel like me again...lose the weight, build the muscle, and feel the best! You are going to LOVE it!

How it works...

This program is about getting results. In our time together, we're going to focus on four core elements: 

  1. Cleaning up your diet. That means we'll be learning how to eliminate processed foods for our 30 days together. Think lots of lean proteins, veggies and fruit. Don't worry - there will still be room for yummies here and there, because I am a firm believer in balance and a sustainable plan that you can use long-term.

  2. Workout calendar. You'll get the exact workout and eating plans I will be using along side of you + an outline of what to follow for 60 days, 90 days, and one year later.

  3. Daily mindset work. Your transformation is about more than just your body - this is about being the best version of yourself. Therefore, each day, you'll spend some time really working through your thoughts and visualizing how to be your best self.

  4. Accountability and support. You don't have to do this alone - and you shouldn't have to. A big reason you'll see results in 30 days is because you'll have the support and accountability to KEEP GOING from myself, and others on the same mission as you.

  5. Accepting the challenge. The program that we’ll be doing is actually a 9 week workout program. If that feels overwhelming, commit for the first 30 days, and when you decide to keep feeling like your best self, continue on or take a break and join back in when you’re ready. You have lifetime access to my community, so even if you don’t keep up, I am always here for you when you’re ready to start again.

FAQs

How long are the workouts?

  • Each workout is 18-30 minutes long for 5 days a week

What equipment do I need?

  • The program has the option for equipment OR no equipment.

  • If you want to use all the equipment, then the following is needed:

    • Control Track with B-LINES Resistance Band (INCLUDED IN PURCHASE)

    • Fitness Step (Think 80s aerobics - I find at least 1 every time I go to Goodwill or you can purchase from Amazon)

    • Core Ball (INCLUDED IN PURCHASE)

    • Dumbbells: light, medium, and heavy (I will personally use 5, 8, and 10lb frequently)

I am afraid of the nutrition part - what does it entail?

  • There are 2 main nutrition options (of course you’re a free woman and can do what works best for you and your life 😉)

    • OPTION 1: Portion-Control Program with recipes and meal plans that have helped hundreds of thousands of people shift their nutrition mindset. You will learn how to take the guesswork out of eating the right portions, every time, while you still get to enjoy your favorite foods — plus cocktails and dessert! Do I ALREADY NEED TO BE GOOD AT FITNESS?

  • Although the program is recommended for people with a baseline level of fitness, this is my first workout program postpartum. Expect to take breaks, to modify, modify and modify. Having to modify all the time might feel defeating, but for me, it’s when I start to decrease modifications over time, that brings me so much joy. So, trust the process and join me in the fun.
