Besides transforming from the first photo where I looked more bloated than pregnant to the 3rd photo of never ever being comfortable and really wish it wasn't so freaking cold so I can wear dresses and sandals since pants don't fit and I can barely bend over to put shoes on....BESIDES that transformation....as a coach, one of our musts is personal development. From the first to third photo, I have listened to quite a few personal development books. First of all listening to PD is a transformation in itself. Nothing I would have done before coaching. Second, I've learned so much about myself, what's important to me, and have been having more of a growth mindset and increased confidence since starting both this spiritual and physical transformation. I learn so much with each book I listen to and can never keep up with the ever growing list of books to get through. I'm currently finishing up Spirit Junkie and trying to figure out which book to start next. Any recommendations?
#TransformationTuesday
Today I came home at 5 ready to go to bed for the night. I can do that right? I am 32 weeks pregnant tomorrow. But no! Today was the first day of our Revenge Body program and there was no way I was going to sit down for the evening until I got my workout in. We are stronger than our excuses. Now that I've worked out I am not utterly exhausted anymore. Now I'm ready to take on the evening with
productivity. This is what I love about being a coach. By showing up for myself, I am also showing up for others. I keep myself accountable, I help keep other people accountable, I get to work with people from my past or people that I've met on social media, I get to connect with like-minded people, and earn extra Moolah along the way. Win-win situation. #ThatCoachLife
