This program is about getting results. In our time together, we're going to focus on four core elements:
Cleaning up your diet. That means we'll be eliminating processed foods for our 30 days together. Think lots of lean proteins, veggies and fruit. Don't worry - there will be room for yummies here and there, because I am a firm believer in balance and a sustainable plan that you can use long-term.
Workout calendar. You'll get the exact workout and eating plans I used for my first 30 days of postpartum fitness + an outline of what to follow for 60 days, 90 days, and one year later.
Daily mindset work. Your transformation is about more than just your body - this is about being the best version of yourself. Therefore, each day, you'll spend some time really working through your thoughts and visualizing your dream body and life.
Accountability and support. You don't have to do this alone - and you shouldn't have to. A big reason you'll see results in 30 days is because you'll have the support and accountability to KEEP GOING from myself, and others on the same mission as you.
