Vegetarian Meal Prep

This is what I made for the week so far. I'm trying to cut down animal protein here and there, so this week did all vegetarian. Once you get meal prep down, something like this only takes 30 minutes!!! It's all our lunches and dinner for the week.
Stovetop (15 min):
- package of quinoa, then mixed in black beans when it is done cooking
- package of green lentils
Stir fried separately using amino acids, coconut oil, and/or bone broth:
- 2 things of tofu stir fried
- 8 veggie sausages all sliced up
- cauliflower rice
Oven (425 for 20 minutes) with coconut oil, pepper, Himalayan pink salt, and garlic
- a bag of broccoli and a bag of cauliflower mixed on a baking sheet
- 1lb of Brussels sprouts halved on a baking sheet
- yam cut up onto baking sheet
Raw:
- zoodles
Uncooked until ready to eat:
- rainbow chard
- spinach
Snacks - coconut yogurt
- BeachBars
- Shakeology with coconut milk and ice
Place everything into own Tupperware, then portion out using portion control containers when making a meal and heat up on stove or microwave. .
