Get Fit in Only 20 Minutes A Day

This is my post workout life. I did a 25 minute workout from home without any equipment. It kicked my ass. I love lifting, but felt my body hitting a plateau. I know I needed a change, so I switched to a cardio program that's only 25 min a day. 25 minutes and it kicks my ass. I don't workout all day to see results. I just try to stay consistent as possible. Consistency is what gets you results. Not motivation. Staying in shape IS NOT HARD. You workout and eat a balanced nutrition. That is it! All you need is 20 minutes a day and the rest of your life will feel so much better. For those who say you don't have time to workout, your priorities are skewed. Dangerously skewed. Not working out is worse for you than most chronic diseases. Let me show you how to have a better life in only 20 minutes a day.
